Who this policy covers
Oria Studio LLC provides oriastudio.ai and its waitlist. This policy explains information handled through this website and requests for an invitation. The Oria app has its own Terms and Privacy Policy, available in the app before you agree to use it. Contact support@oriastudio.ai with a privacy question or request.
What the website receives
When you request an invitation, you provide your email address. The website also receives technical request information, which may include your IP address, submission timing and an approximate country supplied by our host. We use this information to operate the website and limit spam or abuse. The invitation form is not a place to send conversations or sensitive personal details.
How the waitlist works
We use your address to manage your request and contact you about access to Oria. We use Resend to store waitlist contacts and send email. Your address is either added to a Resend contact list or sent to us in a signup notification, which may include the signup time and approximate country. Our email provider also processes and stores those signup notifications. Vercel hosts the website and handles technical and security information for its operation.
Joining the waitlist does not send a conversation to an AI provider and does not grant the app permission to process your content with AI. That choice is presented separately in the app.
Retention and your choices
Waitlist details remain while we manage the list, unless you ask us to remove your address. Email support@oriastudio.ai to ask us to remove your waitlist entry and associated signup notifications, correct your address, or provide access to information we hold. We may retain information required for legal or security obligations. Providers may keep records under their own policies and legal obligations.
To protect the form, the website counts requests by IP address in server memory using ten-minute windows. It does not create a persistent visitor account. We do not sell waitlist addresses or use them for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
Resend’s and Vercel’s notices explain their own practices; they do not replace this policy for information Oria Studio handles.
Age and changes
Oria and its waitlist are for adults 18 and over. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact support@oriastudio.ai without including unnecessary sensitive details. We will update this policy when our website's practices change and show the new effective date here.
